Other factors that will affect your ADSL 4 HOME connection:

First of all, has your local exchange been set up to support ADSL 4 HOME!
Second, ADSL (which powers ADSL 4 HOME!) is distance dependant which means that service degrades significantly where your premises are beyond 3.5 km (apron.) from the local exchange. Distances up to 5.5 km (apron.) can still receive ADSL however. We will check this to ensure that you line supports the full service before going ahead with providing service.
Around 85% of the UK population live within this distance from their exchange.
